Time to discover
The United Kingdom's freshwater wetlands and waterways are incredibly diverse. From small ponds and trickling streams to gushing rivers and massive reservoirs. From the River Severn to the Norfolk Broads, the Scottish lochs to the ponds of our back gardens; with such a huge variety of habitats it’s no wonder that these areas support such a diverse range of plants and animals.
The County of Suffolk is no exception and a lot of my photography has focussed around the diverse habitats and wildlife close to home. With good local access and time, some of the most rewarding projects I have worked on have literally been on my "doorstep".
Finding time to "reconnect" with nature has its own reward as you'll never know what you'll discover. Timeless moments that remain imprinted on your mind and revive the soul.
"Taking a picture is like giving a piece of your soul away. You allow other people to see the world through your eyes."
